Spring Forward Retreat

Join Art Pad founder Hailey Goodman and Hope and Healing founder Stacey Avidane as they lead you through an afternoon of yoga, meditation, and art designed to nourish your mind, body, and soul.  Advance registration required.  Light bites and refreshments will be served.  

No prior experience needed, all levels welcome, and all supplies will be provided.
